I volunteered to spearhead the design for SALT agency’s bi-annual all-hands event, collaborating with a small creative team. We developed the concept from scratch, creating everything from the logo to digital assets, motion graphics, presentations, printed signage, and customized materials for the 150 attendees. 
The event centered on how understanding our strengths enhances teamwork. We used SALT’s four brand colours in gradients and a dynamic logo to reflect team and personal growth. The project was very well-received, and I had the privilege of taking a leadership role and working with a talented design intern.
