Natural energy drink Yerbae wanted to launch an unexpected limited edition flavour. They chose the fall-favourite treat, pumpkin spice. For the visual concept, we decided to go with a classic coffee shop chalk board idea, playing into the tongue-in-cheek side of things. My challenge was to capture this feeling in a unique way while still balancing it with the look of the other Yerbae flavours. The design was successful because it was visually pleasing, culturally relevant, unique from other energy drinks, and attention-grabbing.
